Welcome to my new website and blog! This is my little corner of space on the internet where I hope to put down some roots and connect with other readers and writers.

This is not my first go at blogging. I was a gnarly mommy-blogger about a decade ago, back in the glory days of blogs. It was through that, in fact, that I first heard about NaNoWriMo, following a link from one mom’s blog to the official NaNo website. Ten seconds on NaNoWriMo.org, and it was like stars started colliding inside my mind. In that moment of inspiration, I realized I could write a novel, and everything changed.

Much respect for the mommy-bloggers of old.

Now I find myself back on this platform, ready to fling posts into cyber space like messages in bottles to see if anything floats back.
